Shirley (Patsy) Munsey Singleton-age 60 of Washburn departed this life for her Heavenly home Monday, September 23, 2019. She was a member of Pennington Chapel Baptist Church and was a true help to everyone she met. Preceded in death by parents, Luther and Lois Munsey; sisters, Sandra McGinnis and Linda Hefner; nephew, Matt Munsey; brother-in-law, Charles Bailey

Left to honor her memory: son, Donnie (Thaydra) Singleton; sisters, Judy Bailey, Sharon (Buster) Bailey, Debbie (Ellis) Carpenter, Brenda (Ron) Singleton and Gail Beason; brothers, Bobby Munsey, Jackie (Pam) Munsey and Donnie Munsey; grandchildren who she loved so much, Kenlie Rutherford, Adalynn Singleton and Raylee Singleton; step-grandchildren, Alyssa Tipton and Charlee Phifer; special niece, Kynleigh Munsey. Several nieces, nephews along with a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends 6-8 P.M. Wednesday, September 25, 2019 with funeral service to follow at 8 P.M. Wednesday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Richard Nicley and Rev. Richard Nicely officiating with music by Rev. Richard and Linda Nicley. Interment 11 A.M. Thursday, Cabbage Cemetery, Washburn. Meet at the funeral home by 10 A.M. Thursday to go in the funeral procession. Pallbearers: Steve Bailey, Preston Logsdon, Lance Bailey, Kevin Merritt, Clayton Bailey, Jason Stallings, Roger Vickery, Marty Hefner. Honorary Pallbearers: Ronnie Munsey, J. F. Munsey, Ron Singleton, Ellis Carpenter and Buster Bailey.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made at the funeral home for expenses. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
